1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a hash). When you use Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We also collect usage data such as projects created, features used, and interaction patterns to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the Boojiai service, process your transactions, send you service-related communications, and improve our AI departments. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Generated Content
Apps, code, marketing materials, and other content generated by our AI departments belong to you. We retain a copy to provide the service but do not use your generated content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Project data, including generated code and files, is stored in our databases. Deployed apps run on shared or dedicated infrastructure depending on your plan.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google OAuth for authentication, Anthropic Claude for AI generation, and hosting providers for app deployment. Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
6. Your Rights
You can export all your project data at any time via the ZIP export feature. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at hello@boojiai.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
